Custom back-seal stick sachets developed for cat and dog lick treats, purée snacks and other portioned pet-food formats. Size, tear-notch position, seal area, artwork and laminate structure can be configured around the product, filling process and target market. Candidate structures may include PET/PE, OPP-based or foil-containing laminates; the final structure must be confirmed after fill-product, sealing, shelf-life and destination-market review. Digital printing may be considered for approved smaller trial programs, while rotogravure supports repeat production and detailed branded graphics. Matte, glossy or laminated finishes are project options. The commercial reference MOQ is 10,000 pieces and the indicative production lead time is four weeks, subject to artwork, structure and sample approval. Actual seal performance, barrier level, food-contact suitability and shelf life must be confirmed for the filled product and destination market. No certification or fixed barrier value is implied.
