Description
Custom printed flexible coffee packaging for roasted whole beans and ground coffee, with optional one-way degassing valve to support pack venting after roasting. Formats can be developed as side-gusset, flat-bottom or stand-up bags, with zipper, tin tie, tear notch and surface-finish options. Material structures may combine printable outer films, barrier layers and food-contact sealant layers according to the product, filling method, storage target and destination market. Rotogravure and digital-printing routes are available for brand artwork, SKU differentiation and sampling discussions.
Typical custom decisions include bag dimensions, fill weight, valve position, barrier target, zipper style, finish and carton packing. Barrier structure, valve performance, sealing conditions and food-contact documentation must be confirmed for each project. Samples and buyer-side filling, seal and shelf-life testing are recommended before mass production.
